This is the written Sim well of Megan, C&H Ranch for HF and All-Sim. If I am not heard from in TWELVE MONTHS, please consider this will in effect. For reference, HF and C&H's websites (hf.twolarrysracing.com and chranch.twolarrysracing.com) is paid yearly in April so please be sure to have any information and pages saved from C&H and HF prior to April or it will be lost.

At this time, ALL C&H Ranch owned horses ARE listed and current in the MR AND at the All-Sim Pedigree Database (http://cpargett.com/sim/asp/index.php). You will need assistance from All-Sim admin to change horse ownership in the database. I also have racers listed in the All-Sim Jockey Club, for reference. You will need to contact Meaghan in All-Sim regarding the horses in my name there.

I have listed the following stipulations to hopefully avoid conflicts between members, should this be something in the future.

[font color="6464ff"]Breeders/Bought Horses[/font]
My wishes are that breeders whom I have purchased horses from (or from someone else, but pertaining to the original breeder who has the ultimate claim on that horse) to reclaim their horses if they would like them back. My wishes include the breeders having FIRST PRIORITY over others who have owned the horse in the past - for example, I purchased a Windblown (Chelsea) horse from Odeon, so Chelsea should have first rights on that horse over Odeon, even though I did not purchase it from her. My wishes are as such to avoid confrontations of ownership, this is quite black and white. The breeder MAY decide to let the former owner have the horse, but that is between members at that time.
Breeders are:
- Members who have fully bred the horse, IE owner sire and dam at time of foal's birth. (Birth being when it was first registered in HF, regardless of speedaging)
- Members who have owned (1) a sire or dam at the time of foal's birth. If two different members (other than myself) owned a parent, then the claim defaults to the owner of the mare at the time of the foal's birth.

If the breeder is no longer a sim member, then a previous owner (in order of who owned the horse most recently) will have the rights to the horse. If no breeder or previous owner is active in HF or All-Sim, then horses under 16 years of age will be entered into The Committee unless otherwise stated. I wish unclaimed horses 16 years or older to be retired.

To observe fairness, I wish all of my homebreds to be entered into The Commmittee, where all members will have a fair chance at adopting them. This will also ensure they will never be lost to cyber space.
Homebreds 16 years or older I wish to be retired.

Committee horses 16 years or older I wish to be retired. Remaining Committee horses must be returned to The Committee, even if they have a former owner who is still active.

[font color="6464ff"]Admin Duties[/font]
That's a hard one. I love this game and have been here 18 years at the time or writing this. I would hope that members would keep this place alive and pick up where I left off. There are many duties, but there are also wonderful members whom I feel would be a suitable replacement. My wish is please keep up the reputation of minimal drama that this game has. Please keep it going. Please keep our unique flagship programs such as The Commmittee alive. Please keep it traditional - we have worked really hard to establish a really great system that works well for a traditional game without the use of a database (which can be sabotaged or corrupted, thus losing everything), and always with the protection of members and ease of game play in mind. This has always been really important to me, so I hope people will still value that.
HF Arabian Horse Association: Since I co-own this with Chelsea, I will leave the decision to Chelsea as to what will happen with this association. http://hfaha.proboards.com/
HF Arabian Jockey Club: I would hope that someone would like to take it over, though it's a big association too. Everything is already established and the same for each year, and runs pretty seamlessly. I'd imagine someone who would have to contact Proboards to take it over? http://hfajc.proboards.com/

This does NOT include horses that I have listed in the SCORE! sales or other sales. This is subject to change, and may be out of date at the time of enacting a will.

Some horses have inactive members listed as their return person...if they are still inactive at that time, please follow the instructions above regarding Committee or Retirement. Members listed in parenthesis under another member means they have secondary rights as a former owner to that horse. Breeders have first rights.
