The entries have been advanced for the new year. Per the usual, check over your entries and remember to update/add classes for your previous and current futurity kids.

As I was going through and updating entries last night I realized that a lot of my retired horses are still 'entered' and being shown in whatever classes they were showing in before being retired, for example:

I'm not sure what would be involved in checking for a horse's retirement status when running shows (or if it's even a problem with anyone else's horses) - but if it's complicated or time consuming and it's easier to just un-retire all my currently retired kids, I can manually un-enter them all and then re-retire

Yep, just noticed I had that happening too, just found this retired mare has been competing still :

I second Indiza on that, maybe de-retire them and retire again when checked

@Nessa - shows are planned to run at the end of January.

@Indiza & Nessa - This is been an ongoing issue, but I haven't bothered Jenna with correcting the coding. I'm sure it's a very simple fix, but with the new merger website coming in the very near future, I've been ignoring it. My kiddos that retired at the end of 2019 had all classes removed from entries and then I edited to retire. Cumbersome, but again, I hated to bother Jenna when there was a new website in the works.

Yes I remember, we had that some time ago with one of mine lol. Can you un-retire them all then and we check them for entries?

@Nessa - I'll do my best, but unfortunately, it won't be a quick turn-around. I don't have much time to devote to Sim.

In theory, the new merger website will unroll sometime this year and we'll have to re-do everything anyway.

Hey guys - if you'll provide a list of your guys that are retired, I can work on deleting their entries. A link to their AHAC pages would be even better. I'd be able to get it handled a lot quicker.
